Our Services
At LoveJoy Entertainment LLC, we offer an amzing Zorb Experience, featuring two zorb balls for the ages of 5 years and up to enjoy (Maximun weight 290lbs and height 7ft). We have zorb balls, zorb track (must be able to accommodate with 30ft by 30ft space, and also zorb ball lane with giant sized bowling pins!!
We offer half day and full day rentals.

Booking and Refund Policy
After reserving a date and time for your rental there will be a $50 deposit required to hold your reservation. Deposits will be refunded as long as cancellation is made at least 4 days prior to your reservation (Ex. If scheduled for the 22 nd must cancel by the 18th at the latest). In the event that weather is an issue, refunds will be granted if delivery and set-up has not happened and/or cancellation is outside the 4-day window. The deposit is applied to the total of your rental and the balance will need to be paid at time of delivery and set-up. No refunds will be given after delivery and setup. We do want you to have the best Zorb experience ever and are more than willing to discuss and resolve any issues you may have experienced during your rental.
Delivery and Setup
The set up for the Zorb balls can take anywhere from 30 to an hour depending on the equipment being rented. If at home rental, the customer agrees to allow Lovejoy Entertainment LLC employee to enter premises to properly set up rental equipment as well as retrieve it when rental has ended. The Zorb balls and tracks are not to be moved once placed at delivery. Also Zorb balls are required to remain in it’s designated area for safety reasons. We will need access to an electrical outlet to blow up the zorb balls, bowling pins and/or track. No generator is needed. If immediate assistance is needed for any reason, please give us a call! 916-955-5103.
Rental Agreement
The Zorb Ball (Human hamster ball) rental agreement is made by Lovejoy Entertainment and the customer. An agreement, waiver and release of liability form will be signed at the time of delivery. The customer will be required to agree that adult supervision will always be provided while rental equipment is in your possession. Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs due to misuse. The customer should ask any questions and/or voice any concerns, and they should have a complete understanding of contract terms prior to signing the contract.
Rules and Safety for Operation
Zorb tracks should not be moved once placed by LoveJoy Entertainment employee. Zorb balls are required to stay within the designated area. Never use during high gusty winds, thunderstorms, lightening or extreme hot temperatures. During the hot summer days it is best to enjoy the zorb balls in shaded areas. Also on hot summer days the time should be limited in the zorb balls due to heat.
Safety Instructions must be Carefully followed!
Weather conditions can impact your zorb experience. High winds, rain, or extreme temperatures can make zorbing more dangerous.
- Check the Weather: Make sure the weather conditions are suitable for zorbing. Avoid zorbing in high winds, storms, or extreme heat.
- Adjust for Conditions: If the weather changes suddenly, be prepared to adjust your plans or reschedule for another time.
Appropriate Clothing
Avoid Loose Items: Remove any jewelry, watches, or accessories before entering zorb ball to prevent them from getting caught or damaged.
Choose Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothing that is easy to move in and won’t restrict your motion. Athletic wear is a good choice.
Supervise Children Closely
Zorbing is a fun activity for kids, but they should always be supervised by an adult. Make sure they understand the safety rules and are always supervised while inside the Zorb ball.
- Age and Size Limits: Ensure your child meets the minimum age (5 years old) and size requirements for zorbing (Max 290lbs and height 7ft).
- Stay Close: Always stay close by to monitor your child’s experience and assist as needed.
Know Your Limits
It is important to know your limits when enjoying the zorb ball!
If you’re not feeling well or begin to not feel well, dizzy, or anxious (including but not limited to these) please sit out or take a break. Do not zorb if you are not comfortable or unsure.
- Listen to Your Body: If you are not feeling the best or unwell get out of the zorb and/or choose to not participate.
- Start Slow: If you’re new being in a zorb ball start slow and if you start to feel uncomfortable, exit the zorb ball.
Stay Hydrated
Zorbing can be physically demanding, especially in hot weather! Make sure you stay hydrated before and after your zorbing experience.
Dehydration can affect your balance and reaction time, which are crucial when zorbing.
- Drink Water Before and After: Keep yourself hydrated, especially if you’re zorbing in hot weather or for extended periods.
- Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol before zorbing, as it can impair your judgment and coordination.
By following these safety tips, you can ensure that your zorbing adventure is amazing and also safe.
